Your Tax Preparer should be able to give you sound advice and solid business guidance relating to your personal taxes and how to maximize your refund. |

Your Tax Preparer should be able to assist you in dealing with the Canada Revenue Agency and other government bodies if the need arises. |

Your Tax Preparer should be able to e-file your tax returns, dramatically shortening the time it takes to receive your refund. |

Your Tax Preparer should know the additional deductions and credits available to individuals in special situations, such as:
- Senior Citizens
- Students
- Persons with Disabilities
- Northern Residents
- Clergy
- Railway and other Transportation Employees
