Ledgers Burlington provides personalized, professional, focused, superior, and yet affordable business advisory services to the clients with an aim to help small businesses grow, prosper, and achieve their sales and profitability targets.

We offer a complete line of comprehensive, cost-effective business services to the clients, such as incorporations, business planning and budgeting; payroll and related services; accounting and financial statement preparation; bookkeeping and related services; personal and corporate income tax preparation; accounting software installations and training; and marketing services and support.

Moreover, we firmly believe that there is also a demand for top-notch insurance, investment, financial planning, and employee retention services. Today, most small business owners are unable to offer insurance and benefits to their employees at prices they could afford, thus making it difficult for them to retain key employees.

We help our clients in this regard by providing them with competitive, unparalleled, and cost-effective financial services, encompassing financial planning, tax planning, investment products, mortgages and lending, insurance products, and health services.

At Ledgers Burlington, we believe in delivering results on time every time, and we strive for - and achieve - whatever we commit to.  If you need any of the services offered by us, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss with you your unique situation, your personal and business goals, and will accordingly help you on the path of self-fulfillment, growth, and prosperity.

This author has a relatively diversified background. First, the author completed a bachelor’s degree in engineering.  Then, to advance the professional career, the author decided to earn a master’s degree in the field of business administration.  The knowledge and skills acquired from the business education eventually encouraged the author to become an entrepreneur. The author also enjoys working in academia and occasionally teaches as an adjunct professor at a business school. In addition, the author works as a consultant as well.

This author earned an MBA-Finance degree from Stuart School of Business, Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, USA. The Stuart MBA provided this author with a tremendous opportunity to explore, learn and enjoy the absorbing, intricate, challenging, and fascinating realm of finance. This program was designed around a cutting-edge framework called Strategic Competitiveness that integrates leadership, incisiveness, entrepreneurship, creativity, innovation and sustainability. Through a uniquely designed curriculum and pedagogy, the MBA program in bustling downtown Chicago prepared this candidate for the management challenges of the next economy.

This author’s major work during the MBA program was focused on Corporate Finance, Management of Financial Institution, International Finance, Security Analysis, and Investments & Portfolio Management. Through studying these courses, the author managed to learn how to apply economic and financial theory to obtain solutions to financial problems, such as choosing among alternative investment projects and evaluating proposed investment strategies, as well as effective application of some useful financial concepts, such as cash flow analysis, capital budgeting, short- and long-term financial planning, cost of capital, financial leverage, dividend policy, and so forth. Investments courses covered at length the fundamentals of bond and option pricing as well as the CAPM and equity valuation techniques. Besides, the author also developed a keen interest in studying derivative instruments, such as options, futures, and forwards, and their significance in financial risk management.

Afterward, in order to closely study the Canadian financial services industry, this author completed—with honors—the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), offered by Canadian Securities Institute in Vancouver. By completing the CSC, the author gained invaluable and practical knowledge about making smart investment decisions by learning about market and economic events impacting investment performance; understanding and analyzing corporate financial statements; evaluating financial instruments - fixed income, equities, managed products, structured products and derivatives; conducting corporate, industry and market performance analysis; and studying investment risk  management, financial goals setting, cash flow analysis, and investing and taxation.
