Phil has over thirty years of accounting experience, twenty of which was with the J.D. Irving Ltd. group of companies. For ten of those years Phil maintained a controllership position as well as keeping in touch with the small business sector having managed a level of small business clientele. Phil is a graduate of the Saint John Institute of Technology - Business Administration, the Academy of Learning in Saint John and Fredericton.
